A sea turtle surfaces for a breath, looking at the magnificent Amedee Lighthouse. I’m right behind her wondering if sea turtles actually use the brilliant antique 56m high lighthouse for navigation. Sharks are highly endangered because of soup. Why should we care? Because 85 percent of the oxygen we breathe comes from our oceans. With the killing of 100 million sharks per year we are threatening the stability of the marine ecosystem. In other words … we are about to destroy our life support system.
