An awesome pre-sunrise fisheye panoramic view of Midtown Manhattan crowned by the always glowing Chrysler Building! It is great to see buildings around Bryant Park on the left and the glow of the East River on the right, with some slender buildings around the Gantry Plaza State Park in Brooklyn posing for the shot!
To Bill Sherman and his Coolor-full views of this amazing city!
In Memory of Dr. Michael Davidson.

Breakfast after my 2 mi run and 3 mi bike ride today isss juice! Double fisting! Haha watermelon juice on the left and then kale, spinach, apple, tomato, romaine and strawberry juice on the right! ☺️😋 And quote of the day is: “Most people never run far enough on their first wind, to find out they’ve got a second.” – William James
Really needed this quote today.. Last night wasn’t the best, and woke up with negative body images like no other.. But getting back on the positive train! Join me! 😘 xx

While we biked in our own area, we came across these lovely blossom trees. Just had to capture this sea of flowers together with the warming sun. http://www.exitthegrey.nl
