I arrived at this spot with an idea of what i was hoping to capture, however it was very overcast so i couldn’t get the shot i couldn’t get the shot i was after. I decided to stick around and wait and see how the sunrise turned out, i headed behind the sand dunes to find something interesting for the foreground and this is what i came up with. As the sun rose it turned the clouds into a nice soft pink. This was shot at the spit on the Gold Coast, Qld, Australia.
