Been taking a really relaxed approach to health and fitness lately and while I have loved this part of my journey, my ambitious side is kicking in again, therefore this week that relaxed vibe changes💪. Introducing my 🔵”#twentydayhealthvix”🔵 challenge from today, till 23 August 🙊 where I will: Move my body four times a week, and where my foodie goals will be as follows: 1) A salad a day🌿 2) NO added sugars to anything 🐝 (no sugar, stevia, honey, maple syrup, artificial sweetener), so natural sugars from fruit is where it’s at! Yep, even treat meals that contain sugar will not be present for these 20 days! 3) Protein shake for my afternoon snack every day. Feel free to JOIN me in my challenge.
