A great morning at Dunstanburgh. After travelling up through the rain we didnt have high expectations, but you’ve got to be in it to win it as they say!
As soon as we parked up the clouds started to break up and we were rewarded with a fab sunrise.

England, North East, Northumberland, Blyth.

After a cold start to the morning I made it along to the old moss covered wooden pier to find just a lonesome fisherman occuping a space at the end. Walking along the old beams I found the composition I was looking for, quickly changed lenses and started the long wait with the fisherman to see who would have the first catch of the morning.
