One of my favorite lightning shots here. captured outside of Throckmorton, Texas last Spring. This is one single shot. I knew the lightning was striking near the center of this road. I exposed for the passing car, getting the red tail lights, then the flash happened.

Supercell at sunset outside of Phillip, South Dakota Spring, 2012. We were on the edge of the Badlands, when this supercell was fast approaching. It was ingesting smoke from wildfires in Wyoming earlier in the day giving it this unique color. The CG and arc lightning make this one special.
