Scottish Island Sunset by cyndyduff

Taken on a late winters day just as dusk was falling over the hills above Largs , in Ayrshire on the Scottish west coast. The islands of Cumbrae ,Arran and Bute merge into the gloaming . The volcanic peaks of Arran known locally as the Sleeping Warrior are covered in snow.The Douglas Park is a great place for an afternoon ramble, the panoramic views from the top of the Park over the Clyde are stunning.Painterly finish.
