Pic on the left was taken 13 weeks ago, the one on the right was taken yesterday. The only noticeable gains are my beard growth and my tattoo having more ink added ๐ซ. But that’s because I’ve struggled to make time to get into the gym with so many other things being the priority during those 13 weeks. That’s not uncommon for many of us, life has a way of changing even the best intentions and plans. But every new day is an opportunity to keep trying, and yesterday was Day 1 (again) of that effort not to give up on improving my health. Don’t give up on being a better version of yourself, be it physical, spiritual, and emotional, and don’t punish yourself or make yourself feel guilty for not being where you want to be today,…and definitely don’t compare your progress or life with anyone else’s. Success and growth in anything requires one important thing…effort. As long as you keep putting forth the effort, keep trying, and don’t give up, you will improve, you will change and you WILL become a better version of yourself!
