Another sunset spent by the Sidney Pier, just north of Victoria, BC. I’m getting to know these rocks pretty well. 😛 Running out of creative names for these rock shots, so I’ll just tell it like it is for this one 🙂

Using both the Lee Filters 0.6 Hard Grad ND & the Big Stopper 🙂

My first ever shoot in Western Australia, and what a way to start. To say I love this side of the country would be a massive understatement. From the sparse deserts to the turquoise ocean, WA really does have it all. It is a lovely place and better yet, a photographers paradise. I will be back!

I got down to Sugarloaf Rock here after a short, yet memorable, drive around some Margaret River wineries, and I was excited just at the site of this massive rock, sticking out of the ocean. It has a prehistoric feel to it, an ancient land, engulfed in beauty. As the sun dipped behind the horizon, the sky was engulfed with a show of colour. As I stood there excited as a kid in a lolly shop, I snapped off this image. It was really hard to contain my excitement!

West coast Magic at Lake Matherson.

During a huge road trip with my good mate Timothy Poulton we camped at Fox glacier, checked out the lake the day before – wasnt looking pretty, clear skies and wind blown choppy water.

A very early start and 40min walk to the great viewpoint and this stunning vista in front of us, blew me away what a top location!
