A fisheye-popping view of Atlas and his surroundings at the Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan!
[View on Black!]
The red light illumination on the Rockefeller Center building enhances the dramatic pose of this classic NYC statue installed in 1937 by Lee Lawrie. St. Patrick’s Cathedral looms across the street on 5th Avenue with its clean, renovated façade. The Olympic Tower building is on the right upper corner (you can see a bit of the Journey Corporation building behind). On the left upper corner you can see part of the Saks Fifth Avenue building, the Pan Am Equities building and the top of the Tower 49 building!
Have a great last day of January!

“Don’t Look Down”

This is a frame from a timelapse sequence shot high above the Dubai Marina. The scene was taken on the highest residential building in the world. A special thanks to Sebastian Opitz for the hospitality.

I love putting cameras over ledges 😉
(safely of course)
