Here is another Berlin classic. The Siegessäule (victory column) seen from the underpass that allows you to get there without crossing the surrounding roundabout. That said the “V” in the title can stand for “victory” but also for “view” or maybe other ideas you might have 🙂

Dead horses° by Twosane

Little less than a 360° view of the oldest lecture auditorium of Berlin (Humboldt University). It’s a round hall for students watching the investigations in the middle. There is a circle, actually a lifting ramp for animals, mainly (dead) horses. They did anatomic investigations. The ‘object’ to be investigated was put on the table one level below. The table is acting as a lift. But all that was long ago. Until 2012 the place was being restaurated 7 long years and will be used for special (science related) events in the future.
Subsequent to my previous image of that place!
